These terms govern the sale of products through anocare.bg, operated by AnoCare LTD.

Products

AnoCare products are cosmetic products for external use. They are not medicines and do not replace medical advice. For severe or persistent symptoms, please see a specialist.

Orders & prices

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. We may decline an order in case of an obvious error or unavailability.

Payment & delivery

Payment and delivery options are described on our Delivery & Payment page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. See our Complaint Form page for the procedure.
