APPLICATION: Apply on clean dry skin in the anal area. Jently spread over the bumps (external hemmoroids) and insert the cream into the lower part of the anal canal (skin part). Use at least 3 times per day and after every bowel movement daily, or as your doctor prescribes. With each application Anocare HEM soothes the hemmoroids, reduces friction and provides care for the delicate anal area while restoring the skin microbiome and barrier.
